Extra time: Claude reopens its doors

We have good news. Building on its success, our ephemeral winter house Claude, with Moët & Chandon will reopen its doors on February 6 for a brand new and final Chef's residence, with Merouan Bounekraf. Around a 5 dishes tasting menu, 100% vegetarian, Chef Merouan will sublimate the vegetables in our sparkling house and will be in front of the guests throughout the evening.
