How do I get there?

Find us on Wythe Avenue – a few minutes' walk from Bedford on the L Line. After you exit the train, head towards Wythe Avenue and take a right. We're between North 9th and North 10th Street.

Where do I park?

At our open car park on North 10th Street. If you prefer covered, there's a public garage within a 5 minute walk here.

When can I check in?

From 2pm! But if you get here early, we'll see what we can do.

When do I check out?

12 noon. Fancy a lie-in? Stay 'til as late as 4pm and only pay $10 per hour (subject to availability).

Can you store my bags and things?

Sure thing. We'll even do it for free.

Can I hire a bike?

Yes! We have Hox bikes that are free to use throughout your stay. Just ask at front desk for the lowdown.

What’s in the Hox Shop?

Beers, wines and a range of naughty and healthy snacks you can buy at high-street prices. Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge!

Can I do my laundry?

Why do it when we can do it for you? Just pop your dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk.

Is there a gym?

Hey there, gym bunny! There are plenty of great gyms and fitness studios around us. Hit up front desk and pick up a discounted pass to our faves.

What is the cancellation policy?

All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable, sorry about that. So if you cancel, don't turn up or we deny check-in to a person not accompanied, we can't give you back your monies.

All bookings made with a corporate account may be cancelled as per your company agreement. Cancellation outside of these terms or being a no-show means you'll be charged for the first night.

Can I change my booking?

Switch around your dates (subject to availability) by submitting our online form. All you gotta take care of is a $25 change fee and any rate difference.

If you're less than 24 hours from your arrival, call us to change your booking directly until 4pm on the day of arrival. Our number is +1 718 215 7100.

Do I have to pre-pay my room?

So we can offer the best available rates, all bookings are pre-paid in advance. 

When will my credit card take the hit?

Payment for a booking is processed within 48 hours of the booking being made.

What different rooms does the hotel have?

There are 175 bedrooms, some Cosy and some Roomy and some boasting views of Brooklyn and Manhattan! Also, Roomys are accessible. Check out our rooms page for photos and more deets.

Got kids! Are two rooms necessary?

The maximum number of people in a room is two. However we can accommodate infants with travel cribs sharing their parent's room. These are available free of charge from the hotel. As soon as you have made your reservation, please call the hotel directly in order to check the availability and book a crib.

I'm sure I booked for two adults, but my confirmation only says one!

Our rates are charged per room rather than per person, so this does not affect the price you pay. There is no problem if you have not entered the correct number of guests. We will simply change this at check in. Please note the maximum capacity is two adults per room.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes! All of our rooms have a hairdryer for all your primping and preening needs.

What's in the breakfast bag?

Fancy a free breakfast? Just fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with breakfast pot, OJ and a banana when you wake up in the morning.
