Join us at ‘Sunday Sessions’ – laid back Sundays whisking you far away to sunnier climes complete with an all-new Mediterranean-influenced menu, think large format sharing cocktails from Monkey 47, roaming oyster shuckers, a raw bar and banging live music all day – complete with views across the city to enjoy in the sun and come sundown.

Be transported from the hustle and bustle to a bright sunshine state of mind and long, lazy, hazy days in the Ibizan sun.

Weekly changing live musicians bringing summer Latin house music to the open-air terrace with DJ’s and percussionists and horns – the only way to round off the week, no Sunday scaries over here.

Highlights from the all-new Sunday Sessions menu include King Crab and Caviar Bikini with chives and crème fraiche, Jamon Iberico Patatas Palhas with confit egg and an option to add caviar or truffle, Octopus Ceviche with Aleppo, watermelon, mango and lime, Red Prawn Crudo with crispy lardo, chilli and tarragon and a Seasonal Fruit Bowl on ice – perfect for sharing in the hot sun. A selection of smaller bites will also be available to pick and choose from including Roe Your Boat – smoked roe and salmon caviar, Potato Fritters with salt cod mousse and pickled jalapeno and Gilda pintxo with Bouquerones, guindilla and lomo.

The impressive raw-bar centre piece will also come alive each Sunday with fresh seafood being picked, shucked and dressed by the chefs before being brought to their table. Seabird’s dedicated oyster shucker will be on hand to shuck oysters tableside for those who want to check out the extensive list of fresh oysters that Seabird has to offer.
