Fans of mixology, hold on to your hats/bay leaf infusions, because the cocktail supremos from Oriole are shaking up drinks once more – and they’ll be doing it at Southwark Hox powered by our pals at Brown-Forman.

The world-renowned basement bar has been smashing it on the London cocktail scene with its speakeasy vibes since 2015, but in December sadly had to close its doors in Smithfield Market. So from Thursday 16th March, Oriole is popping up to take over our mezzanine bar at Albie: three whole months of refined cocktails, exquisite dishes and toe-tappin’ live music (swing, jazz and blues, oh my).

Where else would you get a menu of mixes inspired by the migration patterns and habitats of a petite, secretive songbird, eh? Your boozy entry to the world of birding awaits.
