🍍🍍🍍 Pineapple Three-Way. At Chets, we like to keep things fresh, fiery, and a little unexpected. This summer, we’re going all in on the tropical wildcard of the fruit world – pineapple. Sweet, spicy, sharp – we’re serving it three ways.
Whether you’re dining for a casual launch or a late-night bite, our Three-Way Pineapple is here to turn up the heat (and cool you down in the right ways).
🥢 The Main – PINEAPPLE RICE
A bold remix of the Thai classic. Wok-fried rice with roasted peanuts, soft scrambled egg, onion and a hit of Nam Pla Prik (our house-made spicy fish sauce). Sticky, smoky, and a little punchy.
🍧 The Sweet – COCO CARAMEL
Caramelised pineapple, slow-roasted until golden and juicy, served with coconut pulp sorbet and a drizzle of dreamy coconut caramel.
🍹 The Drink – PINA RAMTANG
Summer in a glass. A tropical twist with Three Cents pineapple soda, sweet-tart RamTang ‘Cello, and a swirl of coconut cream. Light, fizzy, and totally beach-bar worthy — even if you’re in Shepherd’s Bush.
