Test Kitchen Tuesdays is all about experimenting with bold new flavours with Head Chef Caro.

For just £25, you’ll get three small plates, with a fresh selection every week. Don’t get too comfortable, yeah? We’ll be serving from 5.30pm until we’ve sold out, so don’t hang around if you want in.

If a dish gets rave reviews on the night, our head chef might even bring it back as a special during the week.
