Welcome to Holborn

The way it was

Once upon a time a field by the City grew to be a small, struggling village by the 19th century known as Holborn. Dickens worked and lived here, and hit the local theatres day in day out. Later, lawyers and high-fliers spilled out of the City, journalists waltzed through from Fleet Street, and in time, all the stores and restaurants arrived.
