Membership Sales Executive

We’re launching our own version of coworking and are looking for sparky Membership Sales Executive to play a crucial role in the success of this new concept! If you get a kick out of selling opportunities and growing memberships in an exciting new offering, this is for you.

We have always done coworking...Since 2006 The Hoxton has been home to laptop savvy workers making use of super-fast Wi-Fi and comfy sofas as they hustle away in a place that feels like home. So it feels only natural for us to take our love for great experiences and create a space that offers everything you need to do your (other) day job or take over the world, in our stylish and comfortable surroundings.

Our first London coworking site will be part of The Hoxton, Southwark, set to open later this year. There’ll be something for everyone. Think hot-desking, open studios and dedicated offices, events & wellness spaces, a member café & bar, and a stimulating events programme – all with stunning views over the Thames. 

What you’ll do…

As part of the membership team you’ll play a crucial part in building the movement of agile working in this great city and beyond by being an ambassador for our offering

Prospecting and generate sales leads in the lead up to our opening, through networking, events, referrals, 1-2-1s and through your own creative sales tactics

Manage our existing pipeline, working with our HoxHouse (our version of ‘Head Office’) sales team on making new members feel well looked after

Work closely with the rest of the coworking team providing a great experience for members, from first contact to when they become part of our family and beyond

What we’re looking for…

2 years’ experience in a similar role within Membership Sales; we think this role would be well suited to someone from Health Club or Broker/Office sales or B2B sales

Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Dynamics

Someone who’s great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships; people are naturally drawn to working with you

Ability to understand the market, analyse it and make informed decisions on how to get a piece of the pie

You pay attention to the details and care about creating great work
