We don't go for strict long winded job descriptions, however here's an idea of how we see the role...
You’ll develop, implement and manage the nuts and bolts of the department, our policies, processes and procedures ensuring we are compliant in all areas
You’ll ensure that the hotels operate within the employment law framework and act as an advisor to all managers on all aspects of employment legislation ensuring full legal and company policy compliance
You'll create awareness of our brand through strategic activities to attract talent, and build a Talent pool for effective succession management within the business and ensure effective recruitment strategies are in place
You'll be responsible to develop, lead and implement our Learning & Development culture within the hotel
You’ll lead our efforts in embedding The Hoxton values and behaviours
You’ll manage the culture of the Hotel by promoting a fair, safe and equitable environment and champion the notion of being an employer of choice through initiatives such as empowerment, innovation, development, communication and remuneration
You'll manage and drive our talent review process from coffee chats, annual reviews through to talent and career management
You’ll support managers on employee relations and performance management cases
You'll get involved and lead projects. We want to hear your ideas and get your input on how to design effective processes and to deliver innovative solutions into the business


Likely Background
You'll come with 3/4 years’ experience in Human Resources.
You come from a hospitality background with a strong knowledge of the Hotel Collective Convention agreement.
Fluent in French and have a good command of English (spoken and written).
You’ll have an appropriate level of higher education.
CIPD qualified or equivalent.
