About Us           Ennismore is a London-based owner and developer of unique hospitality properties and experiences around the world. Part developer, part operator and part creative studio, we have built a multi-disciplinary team that specialize in hotels, resorts, bars, restaurants and unique experiences. We’re currently crafting the global expansion of The Hoxton, from one hotel to many, building on the legacy of the Scottish landmark Gleneagles, as well as launching several brand new, standalone restaurant concepts.


The Details         The role will be based out of Hox House NYC in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. You will report directly to Matthew Baldwin, Director of Sales, North America. The Sales Coordinator will be the administrative support person for the Sales team, handling everything from initial guest and client inquiries, to coordinating busy calendars, and handling project work. The ideal candidate for this role will have Sales experience and will be eager to put their service skills to work.

Here’s how we see some of the key responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporate and consortia rate loading process
  • Complete online Corporate, Group and Event RFPs
  • Input Group and Event data for refused bookings
  • Cover the Groups and Event desk and phones
  • Manage multi-hotel client databases
  • Maintain company and contact profiles in the hotels data platforms
  • Collate and analyse monthly reports
  • Manage the client gifting process
  • Support the Sales Team with client events and entertainment
  • Create and manage client collateral and agreements
  • Complete competitor analysis
  • Research key contact information using online tools and internal data
  • Assist the sales team with street walks and track new office developments
  • Configure the Groups and Event platforms for new hotel openings
