Director of Revenue

We are currently looking for a Director of Revenue to lead a team of Revenue Business Analysts in driving incremental revenue and profit for The Hoxton across UK and Europe.

You’ll be an essential part in supporting the continued fast growth of The Hoxton, which has now opened its doors in two locations in London, one in Amsterdam and one in Paris – and we’re far from done. The Hoxton, Southwark is set to open in summer of 2019 and we have exciting plans to keep introducing the brand to more neighbourhoods across Europe in the next few years.


What you’ll do…

  • Set and implement a Revenue strategy for our existing & future hotels, with an eye to make the most of opportunities across all segments and channels and ultimately ensure commercial success over a fast growth period
  • Be a partner to our Hotel and Restaurant & Bar management teams when it comes to revenue management, finding creative paths to commercial success and advising on local market challenges
  • Work closely with our Operations, Sales, Brand and Finance team to make sure all the different pieces complement each other and are pulling in a common direction
  • Feed in-depth knowledge of UK/International market sector and trends into our commercial approach
  • Own our Revenue Management systems across the group
  • Manage a team of Revenue Business Analysts (one per hotel), creating an environment where they feel empowered and supported, confident in their ability and able to be themselves


What we’re looking for…

  • 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry
  • Confidence in understanding market and sector trends and translating these into a commercially sound strategy
  • Someone who’s able to see both the big picture and the day-to-day detail, can connect the two and combine consistency with flexibility
  • A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and understand that our success is ultimately due to our brilliant teams
