Corporate Sales Executive

The Hoxton, Hox House London

We are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our proactive sales team.

We’ll look to you to drive corporate room nights into The Hoxton’s London portfolio, which is made up of The Hoxton, Shoreditch and The Hoxton, Holborn in addition to the new openings of The Hoxton, Southwark and The Hoxton, Shepherds Bush.

 

What you’ll do…

 

  • Account manage a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and making sure we maximise our market share
  • Develop and implement an annual sales plan to source, drive and grow our corporate business, identifying new opportunities in line with our budgets
  • Work with the team on setting corporate strategies for our London properties
  • Maintain an excellent level of knowledge of the local marketplace in each London location
  • Make sure Agency 360 reports are used to review market penetration, grow market share from account base and look for new business opportunities
  • Represent Hoxton Hotels at industry networking events and Sales Trips, and organise client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization visits
  • Ensure rate loading accuracy across account base and that rates are loaded and bookable by given deadlines
  • Help our Head of Sales to create target account lists for the new London openings so that pre-opening sales strategies are in place to deliver on corporate revenue budgets
  • Cross-sell all Hoxton properties globally to maximise corporate revenue opportunities

 

What we’re looking for…

 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a hotel or event venue environment, ideally in a sales role or similar
  • If you have multi-property experience and a little black book of corporate travel managers, agents, bookers and TMCs you can tap into, that would be excellent
  • Experience using RFP tools (Opera, Lanyon) would be an advantage
  • Someone dynamic who’s great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
