Corporate Sales Executive

We are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our proactive sales team.

It’s an opportunity to fill our beautiful spaces across London with guests who are looking for a home away from home. If you’re great with people, have several years’ experience in a hotel (or events) environment and are keen to progress with a fast-growing, global company, this is just the ticket.

You’ll be based in Clerkenwell Green, driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton’s London portfolio, which is made up of The Hoxton, Shoreditch and The Hoxton, Holborn in addition to the new openings of The Hoxton, Southwark and The Hoxton, Shepherds Bush.

What you’ll do…

  • Handle a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and making sure we maximise our market share
  • Develop and deliver an annual sales plan to source, drive and grow our corporate business in London, identifying new opportunities in line with our budgets
  • Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and Sales Trips, and organise client entertainment, show rounds and familiarisation visits
  • Work with Natasha, our Head of Sales for London on pre-opening sales activities ahead of each of our new openings across London
  • Keep yourself up to date on the local marketplace and review data to grow market share from our account base and into new avenues
  • Cross-sell all Hoxton properties globally to maximise corporate revenue opportunities

What we’re looking for…

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role within a hotel or event venue environment
  • If you have a little black book of corporate travel managers, agents, bookers and TMCs you can tap into, that would be excellent!
  • Experience using RFP tools (Opera, Lanyon) would be an advantage
  • Someone dynamic who’s great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
