Wednesday February 26th / First Culinary Collaboration: Elio x Barred
The Hoxton Rome is excited to announce Elio’s first culinary collaboration of 2025 with Barred, one of Rome’s most daring and creative restaurants. Known for its punk-inspired and irreverent style, Barred has been pushing the boundaries of Italian cuisine since its inception in 2016. Founded by brothers Tiziano and Mirko Palucci, Barred embodies a unique blend of originality and creative flair, offering an avant-garde dining experience.
On February 26th, Elio will host Barred for an exclusive dinner event. The tasting menu promises to be a thrilling culinary adventure, featuring bold and unexpected flavors that will delight even the most discerning palates. This event marks the beginning of Elio’s new culinary journey, where innovative chefs will come together to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
