December madness getting a bit much? Escape to the 14th floor at Seabird for some particularly delicious respite, as all month we’re running a seasonal cocktail menu from our good friends at 1800 Tequila.

Try the umami heaven of a sweet and sour Margarita Jersey Oyster Shot, the tasty kick of a Rioja and Honey Jalapeño Fuego Del Mar (aka an elevated Spicy Marg) or a refreshing Blood Orange Paloma. All served up with our usual stellar city views and elegant chill.
