Yoga Run & Brunch Club
We’ve got all your Saturday morning needs covered with this 3 part run-yoga-brunch session, bringing a new meaning to a triathlon. We’ll kick off at The Hoxton, Shoreditch with a 5km outdoor run led by LDN Brunch Club, followed by a yoga sesh with our resident yogi, Jessica Skye of Fat Buddha Yoga. It’ll be suitable for runners, making sure to focus on those problem areas.
After that, sit down and enjoy a hearty meal to refuel with tasty dishes like avo with roast tomatoes on sourdough toast, eggs Benedict, and blueberry pancakes, all from The Hoxton Grill. Don’t worry, there’ll be coffee too! A triathlon has never been this easy….
