It's time for a change of scene.

We’ve got London-based creative, Tess Redburn hitting The Hoxton, Shoreditch with her latest exhibition, 'Layout, Location, Function'. Her colourful art straddles the boundaries between painting, illustration and design, and pulls inspo' from traditional Haitian paintings and Modernism.

The exhibition features a number of paintings exploring the sculptural qualities of modern architecture, from the iconic ‘desert modernism’ of Palm Springs, to the appearance of architecture in film. Tess strips back the details and focuses on the structural shapes and tones of buildings, to create an aesthetic that's almost abstract, referencing her idols Atanasio Soldati and Nino Di Salvatore.

Come and check out her psychedelic art in our Hoxtown Gallery.
