Get in shape, all while laughing, relaxing and recharging, with Oblique FIT! Join us for a 45-minute HIIT/Strength class and 1-hour yoga session. Then round off the session with a healthy and chatty brunch! We know that workouts don't follow a one-size-fits-all policy – some love to sweat it out, while others feel the benefits of reconnecting their mind and body.
