Let's Talk: World Mental Health Day

The Hoxton, Holborn, 199-206 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7BD ,

In honour of World Mental Health Day, we’re hosting a relaxed and intimate round table discussion led by inspiring people coming together to share their experiences with mental health. Our Let’s Talk event series is a platform to get people talking more openly about mental health and what or who has helped them.

Head over to The Hoxton, Holborn to hear our panel open up about their personal journeys and inspirational stories, all focused around self-belief and self-help. We have Sam Diss, writer and editor of Shortlist and Mundial Mag, who has talked about how he has dressed for confidence to help him manage his anxiety. He’ll be joined by Stephanie Staunton, celebrity manicurist and founder of Nailing Mental Health, who has brought together her network of over 300 nail technicians to raise funds for mental health after recovering from her own bipolar episode. Hosting the discussion will be Sirin Kale, a writer for Broadly, which provides a platform for and brings light to mental health issues.

With our Let’s talk panels we support Mind, the UK’s leading mental health charity. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem as well as campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. All ticket sales from the evening will be going to Mind charity.
