This month, in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week, we're hosting a relaxed and intimate evening panel discussion with 3 inspiring, barrier-breaking creatives, who’ve each had their own mental health struggles.

On 29th May at The Hoxton, Holborn, the three voices will be opening up, sharing their journeys and their inspirational stories. Nathaniel Cole, Co-Founder of Swim Dem Crew, has been publishing stories online of his own mental health for over a year to create a wider conversation amongst young men. He'll be talking with Charlie Dark, TED Talker and Founder of Run Dem Crew, and Jessica Noah Morgan, journalist and mental health ambassador for Mind who also manages a mental health & wellbeing website.

All ticket sales from the evening will be going to Mind, a charity that’s working passionately to support those struggling with mental health, and break the taboo on talking about it.
