10:00-11:30 Nutrii Breakfast Bar: No need to sign up for this one, we’ve got Nutrii serving you their creamy yoghurts and healthy toppings to fuel you for the day of fitness ahead.

12:00-12:45 Sambazon How to Bowl Class: Ever wanted to re-create the classic Acai bowl (seen on health bloggers insta’s everywhere?). Learn from the pros how to make up the bowl then make (and eat) your very own.

13:00-13:45 Whey Box: They’ll show you how to whip up a delicious protein smoothie with their protein sachets in no time. Cookie dough protein smoothie anyone?

14:00-14:45 Fodder and Plonk Gut Health workshop: We’re always being told to be kind to your gut, but how? Fodder and Plonk will talk you through some recipes that are supercharged with probiotics. They’ll also give you some samples to try- we’re so in the market for some garlic hummus.

15:00-15:45 Food at Heart Feelgood Flavour Reflection workshop: If you want to learn some principles on how to be do more conscious cooking (and therefore eating) then head over to Food at Heart’s workshop. Expect to do a little bit of hands on food making as well!

16:00-16:45 Two Influence: @alt_healthy_becki and @LondonPaleoGirl: Best friends, fitness and health duo and founders of Two influence, these girls will take you through how to make a nutritious quick and simple super-food charged dish whilst talking about how they set up a business in wellness as the first Brand Influence and Communications Consultancy in London.
