Cancellations and Non-arrivals
Sometimes things change. In light of everything going on, we’re offering free cancellations and changes up to 6pm the night before your arrival on stays until 31st August 2020. Valid for direct bookings made from 6th March 2020. We promise refunds will be simple and easy. All you need to do is email our reservations team with your details, and a team member will get in touch within 24 hours. Cancellation after 6pm the night before your arrival or failing to arrive for your stay means you will be charged for your stay.
For stays after 31st August 2020 or for stays made before 6th March 2020, our usual cancellation policy applies, in that all standard pre-paid bookings are non-refundable. This means cancelling a booking, not arriving for a booked stay or the hotel's denial of check-in to a person not accompanied by the person named in the booking will not result in a refund.
Flex Rate Bookings
Flexible rate bookings must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Cancellation after 2pm four days before your arrival or failing to arrive for your stay means you will be charged for your stay.
Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled as per your company agreement. Cancellation after your company agreement for your stay means you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
