We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the team at The Hoxton, Paris. 

About us...

Located in the city's second arrondissement, The Hoxton, Paris is a 16th Century building, designed by a counsellor to King Louis XIV, Etienne Rivie.

The hotel will have 172 rooms all dressed up with local panache. Along with a thriving business district, the neighbourhood is heaving with great food, fresh Parisian style and beautiful architecture: there's a real sense of old and new.

The Hoxton gives each person who comes through the doors an experience - a chance to hang out with the locals and discover the neighbourhood.

Ennismore is a London based owner and developer of hospitality properties and experiences around the world. Part developer, part operator and part creative studio. We have built a multi-disciplinary team that specialise in hotels, resorts, bars, restaurants and unique experiences.

About you...

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a senior sales role selling a Paris intra-muros Hotel.
  • Achieve total monthly Corporate, Group, GDS and M&E revenue and room night targets.
  • Manage a Sales Executive/Manager and M&E Coordinator.
  • Manage and increase conversion of Group and M&E enquiries.
  • Achieve monthly appointment, fam trips, sales trip and account management KPO’s.
  • Produce an annual Sales Plan in conjunction with the Revenue Director and GDOS, monitor results and adjust activities to ensure objectives are reached.
  • Track and improve the sales process and create a sales culture within all departments of the hotel.
  • Manage the sales activity spend in line with the Sales Plan and achieve targeted ROI on all entertainment, sales trips and marketing.
  • Utilise Agency 360 and market reports to source and drive new business and market share.
  • Monitor and improve the delivery of excellent customer service within the operation.
  • Support and attend all relevant internal meeting, trade shows, courses and exhibitions.
  • Complete and send the GDOS weekly and monthly reports in line with sales standards.
  • Develop and grow local market share and generate leads for international hotels.
  • Follow all company procedures and SOP’s as trained.
  • Confirm that you are eligible to work within the EU.
