Go on and fill out this questionnaire on behalf of your pooch, and we’ll see you on Saturday, November 8th for rapid fire dog speed dating. Come on up to the 3rd floor of The Hoxton, Chicago (aka Working From_Fulton Market) to check in, fuel up on treats, and pup play date around. The ultimate perfect pair will be adorned with sweet goods from Little Beast and The Hox.
