Introducing Coupe – our shiny new homemade ice cream and fizz pop-up at The Hoxton, Holborn. Think inventively delicious ice cream plus perfectly paired bubbles and cocktails from Roebuck Estates. Go wild with lime and basil sherbet sorbet, richly classic with chocolate mud pie or all out with a Sgroppino cocktail – aka a grown-up ice-cream float made with sparkling vino, St-Germain and a scoop of our chef’s choice sorbet the day.

Daily, 1pm-8pm.
